  • 1. Season, baste or marinate for 2 to 24 hours in the refrigerator. 2. Heat charcoal 30 min until ash covered or gas grill 10 min with the lid closed. 3. Grill over medium heat to 375 deg internal temp. 4. Cook 11-12 min/side to 140 deg internal temp. Let stand 10 min covered with foil. Slice thinly across the grain.
