Combining two or more items in a a box may save you money if they can be shipped together. Please message us PRIOR to purchase so we can adjust the price for shipping. We ship to NORTH AMERICA and EUROPE! We ship through Etsy and have it sent to their customs center and it goes out from there. However If you purchase anything and have it drop shipped to another country, we will not provide a refund if there is an issue. We've had too many issues with drop shippers damaging items or being held up in transit. Thank you for your understanding. We also are NOT RESPONSIBLE for shipping times, delays, etc... once the item leaves our hands... It is all up to the Postal Service.... International shipping times can vary greatly.... if you receive your item damaged please take your box, the contents, and your original receipt (included in your package) to your local post office to proceed with a possible refund

Yes, through your local post office. We do our absolute best to package items in multiple layers of bubble wrap so they arrive safely, but sometimes the post office is rough with the boxes and items may break. We ensure all items shipped Priority Mail. If you receive an item that is broken, SAVE THE BOX, PACKAGING and the ITEM. Go to your Etsy account and print off a copy of the order in the Purchases tab to be able to provide proof of purchase. Take all of those items to your local post office in order to get a refund. We used to be able to provide a refund and provide the post office with photos in order to get reimbursed on our end, but they now require physical proof. We understand it is frustrating and wish we could do more.

No. We ship extremely quickly and often an item is already picked from storage, wrapped and taken to the post office within an hour. It may already be out of our hands at that point. It takes time to do these steps and there are also Etsy seller fees involved.
