The original Law & Order series is known for it’s trademark “intertitle cards”, white text placed on a black background used to show the location and date of events throughout the show. Law & Order: UK maintained this tradition showing cards with a slightly altered appearance and information.

It is worth noting that the cards on both shows evolved slightly over time, however the appearance and concept remains the same. The Law & Order: UK Library contains screenshots of each intertitle card used in each UK episode.
