2022-23 -- Cross Country: Competed in four meets as a redshirt freshman ... won the men's open race at the UC Riverside Invitational with an 8K time of 24:42.2 ... posted a personal-best 8K time (24:17.3) at the Bronco Invite. Indoor: Competed indoors for the first time, recording a personal best in the mile (4:03.37) at Husky Classic. Outdoor: As a sophomore, qualified for the NCAA West Preliminaries for the first time, running the fifth-fastest 1,500 time in school history (3:43.29) at Oxy Invitational ... placed 29th in first round at NCAA West Prelims ... captured third in 1,500 at Big West Championships ... had the fastest time in prelims at meet ... also took 14th in 5,000 at Big West Championships with personal best (15:13.76) ... ran personal best in 800 (1:52.93) at Stanford Invitational.

2021-22 -- Cross Country: Did not compete in any invitational meets in first season at Cal Poly ... ran unattached in the Bronco Invitational, placing 16th. Track & Field: Competed in five meets … placed sixth in the 1,500 at the UCSB Invitational with a PR of 3:53.54 … took 10th in the 800 at the Mustang Invitational with a PR of 1:55.71. 

High School -- A 2021 graduate of Jesuit High School in Carmichael, Calif. ... compiled a 1,600-meter best of 4:16.38 in 2021 along with a mile best at the Arcadia Invitational as a Marauder senior, clocking a 4:15.50 ... in the 2019 cross country season, he helped his team earn runner-up honors at the State Meet, posting a 5k effort of 15:32.9. He also ran 15:25.6 earlier that season on the Woodward Park course.
