You may ask what is a Juliet or Juliette balcony? Basically defined as a guard rail or balustrade that protects a full height opening where a protection from fall is required. This is not a balcony as such in that you cannot step out onto it but only stand in the opening and lean on it. Sometimes also called a false balcony.

The name “Juliet” or “Juliette” Balcony has become a trade term coined from the famous scene in Verona from Shakespeare’s play Romeo & Juliet

Why Balcony Systems Juliet Balconies?

1. These juliet balconies are easy to fit 2. They are unobtrusive, unlike the stainless steel or wrought iron kind that have big glass clamps, stainless steel rods or ugly screws fittings that hold the glass. 3. Our juliet balconies achieve a look of just clean glass, no vertical posts! 4. No "cage" like appearance, or metal mesh ugliness 5. These balconies are Maintenance free and suitable for the most corrosive marine or coastal locations. Unlike 304 stainless steel handrails, or welds on stainless steel balconies that tarnish and rust. 6. Fully building regulations compliant, with both load tests and structural calculations to back this up.
