The purpose of life is to grow. This means we have to constantly challenge ourselves and pull ourselves out of our comfort zone. However it is imperative that we keep our motivation correct to avoid falling into the vortex of negative emotions.

Today’s Asana is an iconic pose that teaches us to aim high without losing our balance, focus and strength. This Asana, just like Chakrasana / Wheel Pose, stimulates the 7 most important Chakras / Energy Points in your body.
