It was fantastic, my granddaughter came running in to get me. Her mother and uncle pointed it out to her along with Jupiter. Turned into a learning lesson for a 5 year old regarding the solar system. I am sure one she will remember for a long time. My daughter remembers nights when she was young when we would wrap up in blankets to go outside at 1:00 in the morning to see whatever was going on. A nice tradition to continue through the family generations.

My neighbor phoned last night, with an ominous foreboding in their voice, expressing wonder and concern over this phinomenon (phenominon).

I saw this last night and thought I was seeing things. It was quite unique.

The real show was Jupiter within 1 degree of the Moon at the top/left.
