When it comes to Liam Payne and Cheryl Cole there's been some speculation that the two were possibly going to split. But on Tuesday, Cheryl addressed those rumors — and it sounds like everything's going well with the former One Direction member.

While attending the official opening of The Prince’s Trust Cheryl’s Trust Centre on in Newcastle Upon Tyne, England, Cheryl took a moment to quickly comment on what she thinks about the rumors of her and Liam separating.

"Do I find it frustrating? No, it doesn’t bother me," she told reporters according to E! News. "My focus is solely on this, it’s taken seven years to get here and none of that matters. This is the most important part for me."

E! News further notes that while Cheryl was busy at the opening, Liam was actively showing love for his partner by posting supportive comments on Instagram as she celebrated this exciting event. She posted a photo celebrating the opening of the Prince's Trust captioned with "Youth can do it!" which Liam commented on.

"Very proud of you! How you find the time to do this I'll never know," he wrote. "Over many years you've put all this together and put your heart into such a great cause! I hope one day I can do the same."

Hopefully, Cheryl and Liam's words and actions about the state of their relationship speak louder than those folks perpetuating rumors. It's important to keep in mind that the people that know Cheryl and Liam's business best are Cheryl and Liam themselves.
