Agyness Deyn and her husband Giovanni Ribisi are reportedly planning to divorce.

Ribisi - who is best known for playing Phoebe Buffay's brother Frank in Friends - is filing for divorce stating “irreconcilable differences” according to showbiz site TMZ who obtained court documents.

The pair – who reportedly split on December 28 - tied the knot in a low key ceremony in Los Angeles in 2012 and have remained largely private throughout their married life with the occasional public appearance together.

Deyn - who recently launched her new fashion line Title A - said during an interview in 2012 shortly after their wedding: "I love being a wife! When you know, you know.

"He's f****** awesome. Every day is a honeymoon. You meet someone and you fall in love with them. I'd go and live in a tent if I had to with him."

The marriage was Deyn's first and Ribisi's second.
