The foetus position is one of the most common among sleepers, which a person sleeps on his/her side with his/her legs curled up. Those who sleep this way are very shy and sensitive, although they present a tough exterior to the world. The yearner position is a person who sleeps on his/her side with arms stretched out in front of him/her. This is also a very popular sleeping style for many people. Research shows that the person tends to be open and inviting if he/she sleeps in this way. However, he/she tends to be more suspicious and cynical.  It is also slow for yearners to make a decision, but they will stick to it once they do. Log position is that sleepers sleep on one side with their arms and legs straight down. Log sleepers are usually sociable people. They like to engage with various persons. Solider is a kind of military stance sleep style, which is that sleepers sleep on their back with their arms straight down at their side. This sleeping style is not the most popular.
