- 3. One Sunday morning the warm sun came up and - pop! - out of the egg came a tiny and very hungry C a t e r p i l l a r .
- 4. He started to look for some food . I’m so HUNGRY!
- 5. On Monday he ate through 1 apple . But he was still hungry.
- 6. On Tuesday he ate through 2 pears , but he was still hungry.
- 7. On Wednesday he ate through 3 plums , but he was still hungry.
- 8. On Thursday he ate through 4 strawberries , but he was still hungry.
- 9. On Friday he ate through 5 oranges , but he was still hungry.
- 10. On Saturday he ate through 1 piece of chocolate cake ,
- 11. 1 icecream cone
- 12. 1 pickle,
- 13. One slice of Swiss cheese,
- 14. 1 slice of salami
- 15. 1 lollipop,
- 16. 1 piece of cherry pie,
- 17. 1 sausage,
- 18. 1 cupcake,
- 19. And 1 slice of watermelon. That night he had a stomachache!
