Paul Teutul Sr., the cantankerous Orange County Choppers patriarch, was “fired” by Donald Trump Sunday night on “Celebrity Apprentice.”

Teutul stepped up to be project manager of a puppet improv show, a task about which he was clueless, he acknowledged. On top of that, he suffered from back pain, physically sidelining him from participating in the puppet show.

A few of his teammates complained that he was coming across as lazy and disinterested. “Despite my respect for Paul, he seems lackluster,” noted Ivanka Trump. “He seems tired.”

The final nail in the coffin? Not bringing his buddy Arsenio Hall into the boardroom. “As project manager, you should have brought Arsenio back,” Trump said before uttering those dreaded three words: “Paul, you're fired.”

“He's a great player in his own way,” said Trump. “This task was not for him. He will be missed.”

On his taxi ride home, Teutul acknowledged that it “is kind weird to be fired. I'm usually the guy who does the firing ... but all good things come to an end.”
