Danny McBride first met girlfriend Gia Ruiz on the set of his HBO hit show ‘Eastbound & Down.’ 
Funnyman Danny McBride is now a married man.
The “Eastbound & Down” star eloped with girlfriend Gia Ruiz this past Saturday, Life & Style reports.
A rep for the actor confirmed the marriage between the couple, who met on the set of the hit HBO show.
Ruiz briefly worked behind-the-scenes as an art department assistant, while McBride plays the show’s star Kenny Powers, a disgraced former major league baseball pitcher.
McBride, 33, is also known for his work on the big screen in hits such as “Tropic Thunder” and “Pineapple Express.”
