Thanks to the warrior's "panic cry" and force blader's "hard luck" debuff, your critical rate soars by 31%, making it 100%! Mind you; if you're into PVP, it might be worth pushing beyond 70%.

Building up to 50% can be a puzzle, but it's possible. Rings may only give you 37%, meaning you need an extra 20-25% from other sources. Keep in mind that your base critical rate starts at 5%.
