I am a research economist at the Bank of England in the Banking Capital Policy Division. I was a visiting researcher at Harvard Business School in Fall 2023. My primary research interests are in financial economics, banking, and macro-finance.

My work combines theory and empirics, focusing on financial markets and their links with regulation and monetary policy.

I earned my PhD in Economics from University of Amsterdam and Tinbergen Institute in 2021. I hold a summa cum laude BA degree in liberal arts and sciences from Amsterdam University College, and an MPhil in Finance from Tinbergen Institute.
