The latest addition to Rih's fairytale-like wardrobe may be her frilliest one yet. The gown, also by Goddard, features an off-the-shoulder neckline and cascading layers of bright blue tulle, which Rihanna sports effortlessly. To tone down the lavish dress, she ditched the heels for white tennis shoes, and accessorized with a watch and futuristic sunglasses.
