Miss Polonia 2022 will compete in the 71st Miss World festival
It has been confirmed that Miss Polonia 2022 will be the Polish representative in the 71st edition of Miss World.
25-year-old Krystyna Sokołowska is a student and owner of a sports club. She works as a gymnastics and stretching trainer with children and adults. Krystyna is fluent in Polish, English and Russian.
After her crowning, Krystyna said: “The moment when dreams come true and life changes! There is a beautiful year ahead of me, full of challenges. Thank you for your trust and for this chance. The title carries a lot of responsibility, but I promise you that I will give 101% of myself and I hope you will be proud of me.”
Her challenge is huge: she will try a “back-to-back” title for her country. The current Miss World is Poland´s Karolina Bielawaska. The last time the same country won the Miss World title two years in a row was in 1999-2000, when India accomplished it. The United Kingdom did it in 1964-65, and Sweden in 1951-52.
