Making it's debut today, the Little Black Dress collection will be sold on Walmart.com and will consist of FIVE pieces designed in five different silhouettes for women of all shapes and sizes in mind! I started my fashion blog just styling outfits with Walmart clothes to show women how you could look chic using even the most unlikely stores. Now it's come full circle. Having a clothing line has been my dream ever since I was a young girl. For this collection, I wanted to take a staple that every girl needs and make it both affordable and chic. There's no better place to start than with the LBD. The Skater is modeled by blogger Ashley of Pursuit of Shoes. This is the fun and flirty dress in the collection. To make it come to life and celebrate the playfulness of the dress, I stacked two neon belts from Target together and threw on a showstopping faux crystal necklace.

The patent leather pointy-toe pink heels tie in the pink from the belt and add additional spunk to the outfit. Ashley commented on how comfortable the dress was and how she could imagine traveling with it.

The Curvy dress is modeled by Chelsea Turner (one of the designers who worked with me on my collection). It really accentuates her curves, while flattering all the right places. The ruching detailing on the sides helps minimize everything from the thigh area to under the chest. To give the look more of a rockstar edge, I added metallic beaded and studded bracelets from Walmart. This dress is perfect for those who want to look sexy while still flattering their shape.

The Utility dress, modeled by me, was the last dress we added to the collection and will be available at the beginning of March. The inspiration behind this dress was a mix of military detailing (as you can see on the button pockets) and an ode to Chanel. There's something very elegant about the construction of the dress. I styled the dress with a bulky faux pearl necklace I found at TJMaxx for $11 and a plastic Chanel-inspired purse from Forever21 (which has quickly turned into my favorite bag!).

The Classic dress, modeled by my friend Chuva Featherstone, is the perfect little black dress for any occasion. Here, we styled it for work by adding a strand of faux pearls and a houndstooth floral pin which adds a little sass to the look. The dress can be taken from work to after-work fun by adding a funky arrangement of bangle bracelets and higher heels. The dress can also be transformed into a fancy getup by accessorizing with blingy jewelry, instead of a more classic variety.

The Peplum dress is modeled by Brittnie Adams (Penny Chic's Chief of Operations!) and is perfect for creating an hour glass figure even if you don't have it (not the case here!). For this dress, I wanted to leave the neckline open. The collarbone and upper chest area, in my opinion, is one of the most beautiful things on a woman and the square neck on this dress beautifully frames that area so I wanted to leave it bare! Instead, I styled Brittnie with a big pearl bauble bracelet and metallic pewter pumps from Kohls. The mix creates a look that's both sophisticated and sexy!

The dresses are $20 each__ and will be available on walmart.com today! What do you think of these dresses? Will you give any of them a try?
