To be honest, I was a bit frustrated about how long it took to resolve the issue of an item damaged in shipping. In the end, the seller was fair and honest and I do not believe the issue was their fault but that of the shipper. I did not open the damaged package so will not comment on the quality of the item.
Thank you for taking the return and refunding my money.
Based on this, do not hesitate to buy from this seller, they fixed my problem and were honorable.

This seller uses Aquiline Tracking, which went great up until the point where USPS recieved it to deliver it to my po box. It then said 'A Delivery Attempt Made. Error.' And all tracking was lost. USPS couldn't help as it is a different tracking number than they use. As it turned out, the item arrived in my USPS Parcel Locker as it was supposed to. It's actually a nicer product than what I expected! The packaging was phenomenal, and it was ahead of schedule. Apart from tracking, A+ all day long!
