LEESBURG — Paul Teutul Sr. is coming to Leesburg Bikefest next weekend.

The 69-year-old Orange County Choppers founder and reality star will be at the OCC tent near the Rats Hole Show from 12 to 4 p.m. on April 26, 27 and 28.

It will be Teutul’s first time at Bikefest.

“He’s all biker,” said Joe Shipes, chief executive officer of the Leesburg Partnership, the event host. “We’re always looking for new things every year, so this opportunity presented itself and we jumped on it.”

The Partnership announced Teutul’s appearance last week on its Facebook page and it caught fire. The post now has more than 200 comments and replies and nearly 900 shares.

"Senior," as he’s known on the reality show "American Chopper," is a motorcycle builder and designer. He founded Orange County Choppers, in Orange County, New York, in 1999. OCC’s first bike “True Blue" was debuted at that year’s Biketoberfest in Daytona.

"American Chopper" premiered four years later on the Discovery Channel in 2003. The show centered on OCC, a motorcycle manufacturer and lifestyle brand, making custom bikes. The show ended in 2012, but was revived last year. "American Chopper" is now in its 12th season.

The OCC Twitter account posted Monday with details on Teutul's schedule, as well as a link to the Bikefest website.

“Let’s do this,” the tweet said.
