There will always be someone available throughout your stay to assist accordingly. Kindly note: (i) An extra bed is a folded Z-bed - Bookable for a fee subject to availability. (ii) A Baby travel cot and a high chair are available for rent locally - upon request. (iii) Guests should conduct themselves in a manner that doesn't unreasonably disturb other tenants or neighbors. (iv) Guests are expected to respect the property.

Property information

Only 200 meters from the Barbati beachfront, our beach house apartment complex is the ideal choice for beach lovers. It is split on two separate levels and can either be used as two autonomous separate condos, or as one big house to share by a family or friends. The Mparmpati village centre is only a short walk in the opposite direction where you will find a choice of shops and places to eat. On the ground floor is a charming open-plan bedroom studio which is both comfortable and airy, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy living room, dining table and a pleasant, shaded patio terrace within your private garden, providing the perfect setting for a traditional alfresco meal away from the heat of the sun. On the upper floor is a spacious one bedroom condo which is equally comfortable and airy, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, a separate bedroom, a cosy living room with two pull out sofa beds, and two private, pleasant, shaded balcony patios with sea views, providing once again a sublime setting for a meal and to unwind. Our property is the ideal choice for a relaxing getaway, without having to hire a car! Airconditioning, Wifi, BBQ , and free Parking included.

Barbati (Mparmpati) represents one of the best holiday destinations in Corfu. Civilized yet unspoiled, the area is half way along one of Corfu’s most beautiful stretches of coast. The area is covered mainly by private villas and holiday homes.
