The new Kona home of tennis great Lindsay Davenport is located on different athletic turf than she's used to: a Rees Jones–designed golf course. The athlete purchased the Hawaiian residence for a reported $4.25 million. Built in 2015 in the private community of Kohanaiki by architect Shay Zak, the property is located ten minutes from the town of Kailua-Kona and within 30 minutes of some of the best beaches on the Big Island.
