The Top Model of The World hosted it’s 26th edition of Top Model of the World 2019 on 24th January 2020 at Meraki Resort, Hurghada, Egypt. 38 delegates from all over the world competed for the title where Janet Leyva from Peru, Top Model of the World 2019 crowned Nicole Menayo from Spain as the Top Model Of The World 2019. Nicole was also adjudged the title of Best Model Photogenic and Top Model Best Body during the ceremony.
Nicole Menayo is 25-years-old and stands 175cm tall with a master’s degree in Law from La Salle University. She is currently working as a professional model and has walked on stage various designers and has been muse to various photographers.
Nicole is not new to the pageantry, as she has participated in Miss Grand International 2018 where she represented Costa Rica and was placed at Top 20. She has also participated and won the title of Miss International Mesoamerica 2016 and was the eight finalist in Miss Supranational 2017.
Nicole was very honored to represent Spain at the Top Model of the World 2019 competition and mentioned that she wants to eradicate the stereotypes when it comes to multi-culture. She is half Costa Rican and half Spanish and loves her country, Spain gave her an opportunity to represent their country and she happily accepted it because she wants to achieve her dreams. She started modeling as a way to accept her and use the platform to make changes in the society.
The diva that has dealt with bullying, body issues and mental health issues wants to use the platform to raise awareness about the same. She explains that she opted to pursue law as a profession to defend the dignity and integrity of the people that have been bullied and for the people who face violence based on their gender. With her speech of empowerment, peace and union without fear of getting out of the mold, Nicole shined like a star in the competition and won the title.

Second runner-up - Sofia Maury Top Model of the World Colombia 2019
Apart from the queen and her court, Tyra Goldman Top Model of the World Philippines 2019 was adjudged the title of Miss Globe 2019. The 26th edition of Top Model of the World’s ceremony was hosted by Héctor Joaquín Colón-González along with Sherine Hamdy.
