The wedding was truly a treat to watch as Stefania looked enthralling in a wonderfully designed white wedding gown. Her husband, Bernardo also caught our attention as he looked dapper in a classic suit.

The pretty wedding dress was designed by Douglas Tapia, known to be a Venezuelan designer of International fashion. Stafania’s makeup and hair were done by Elio Vasquez; she is known to be the official makeup artist of Miss Venezuela Organization. The arrival of the beauty was special as she stepped in with her father.

What a lovely wedding it was. The love between Stefania and Bernardo Asuaje was enchanting. The news of their wedding was confirmed by the designer, Douglas Tapia. He said, “Today is the universal wedding, no one more deserving than the woman who crowned our country of happiness, the one who has defended the rights of all of us to the world, with her flag in hand, with her heart in Venezuela wherever she goes.”

In 2008, Fernandez also won the special awards of Miss Elegance and Best Face at Miss Venezuela 2008 pageant. She also made history and got her name engraved in Guinness World Record for bringing the first back to back victory at Miss Universe, when she was crowned by MU 2008 Dayana Mendoza, who was also from Venezuela.
