Chatnalin Chotjirawarachat from Thailand was crowned Miss Intercontinental 2023 at the finale of the international pageant held on 15th December 2023 in Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt. Thailand clinched the crown after nine long years! Chatnalin succeeds and was crowned by Miss Intercontinental 2022 Lê Nguyen Bao Ngoc of Vietnam.
Chatnalin Chotjirawarachat bested more than sixty contestants to win the Miss Intercontinental crown. Born and raised in Kamphaeng Phet province, Chatnalin is proud of various cultures and traditions of her country. Not new to the pageantry, Chatnalin represented Prachuap Khiri Khan at Miss Universe Thailand 2023 where she was adjudged as the third runner-up at the end of the event finale.
The newly crowned Miss Intercontinental 2023 Chatnalin Chotjirawarachat’s court included –
1st Runner-Up – Christina Villegas Murillo from Mexico
2nd Runner-Up – Lê Nguyen Ngoc Hang from Vietnam
3rd Runner-Up – Sara Damnjanovic from Serbia
4th Runner-Up – Marelis Salas Julio from Colombia
5th Runner-Up – Daria Reshta from Russia
6th Runner-Up – Christiana sia Johnson from Sierra Leone
Top 22 also included Naja Mathilde Rosing from Denmark, Stefanny Nicolle Dávalos Cristellot from Ecuador, Iona Violeta Abrera Gibbs from Philippines, Vera Eloranta from Finland, Lana Taylor from England, Chika Mizuno from Japan, Cameg Brenda Emili Meriki from Cameroon, Stephanie Müller Quevedo from Cuba, Nang Sam Phaung from Myanmar, Kornelia Golebiewska from Poland, Pamela Marie Ramos Rodríguez from Puerto Rico, Anna Benešová from Czech Republic, Yailin Georgina García from Dominican Republic, Migleth del Valle Cuevas Mujica from Venezuela and Margaret Ngonyani from Zambia.
The pageant also awarded the continental queens for Miss Intercontinental 2023 – Christiana sia Johnson of Sierra Leon was adjudged Miss Intercontinental Africa, Marelis Salas Julio of Colombia was adjudged Miss Intercontinental South America, Christina Villegas Murillo of Mexico was adjudged Miss Intercontinental North America, Lê Nguy?n Ng?c H?ng of Vietnam was awarded Miss Intercontinental Asia & Oceania and Daria Reshta of Russia was awarded Miss Intercontinental Europe.
Also at the finale, Diana Elizabeth Sánchez Navarro of Peru was awarded Best in National Costume, Cristina Villegas Murillo of Mexico was awarded Most Photogenic, Marelis Salas Julio of Colombia was adjudged Best Body, Chatnalin Chotjirawarachat of Thailand was adjudged Power of Beauty and Sara Damnjanovic of Serbia was awarded People’s Choice Award.
