Martino is Associate Professor of Polymer Chemistry at University of Bologna and CEO of RE-SPORT srl a start-up company that develops innovative recycling processes for sport equipment. He is founder and director of Sport Technology Lab that is specialized in development, testing and recycling of sport equipment. Martino Colonna is scientific coordinator of the LIFE projects RE-SHOES and RE-SKIBOOT on the recycle of end-of-life shoes and boots. He is author of 76 scientific papers in peer-reviewed journals, 3 books and 30 international patents.
