With a brand-new fashion brand to design, Fenty Beauty summer launches to hype, and hopefully new music to write, it's a miracle that Rihanna manages to get her nails done at all. But in true Rih form, her manicure manages to be both flawless and on-trend.
Her latest nail look is a jade marble mani that looks like it's inspired by the kitchen island in the suburban home of your fanciest friend — the house that was always stocked with the best snacks. The design uses teal and ivory shades to simulate jade stone. The jade color keeps it fresh for summer, but the overall vibe is just so soothing, which is exactly how one wants to feel during the 12 hours a day that we all spend staring at our nails on a keyboard.
Nail artist Jenny Longworth claimed responsibility for the hand-painted look on Instagram, where she shared a video of Rihanna pairing the mani with an oversized jade and ivory bauble and perfectly-matched clutch. Issa look, and one worth trying even if you don't have the jade accouterments (or marble lips) to match.
