  1. Who are watching Miss Earth right now? PANGIT TALAGA. MISS GLOBE levels lang. Kbye. Nood na ako ng Netflix. Ang tsaka eh. Haizt!

    That’s all.

Hahaha! Kakalokah kayo, Miss Earth.

        That’s all.

  2. The Miss Earth stage in Okada has just been shared online. I wonder if MEO has hired creative people to come up with a good stage, or they did not have the means to hire ones. It’s so simple, basic and very regional. There are even local pageant stages that are more beautiful than Miss Earth’s. It’s like MUP’s. Disappointing.

    That’s all.

  3. It would be exciting if the eventual winner is going to be someone from a first time winner country, someone who is on everybody’s radar but flies under the radar of everybody … someone predicted by everybody but predicted as a member of the court only or only as a sure entry into the top 20 or tp 10 …

OR , would it be more exciting if the eventual winner hits everyone by surprise with an excellent and outstanding performance on Finale night that nobody ever predicted ! …

  4. In terms of quality ng candidates , ME is really up there with MU and MW. What I also like about me is that they let other countries with no sash factor win. Example: Honduras, Ecuador, Belize. For this edition, it’s for Colombia unless she will choke in q and a. Top 4 sure si Korea.

  5. I agree with your top 5 sir Norman.
I will be more than happy should any one of them will be crowned Miss Earth 2022.
Netherlands, Australia, Colombia, Cuba and Korea.

    No PH this year please.

  6. If either AUSTRALIA or THE NETHERLANDS wins the Miss EARTH title tomorrow night, that lady will be the 6th country to have won all the BIG FOUR INT’L BEAUTY PAGEANTS in history following BRAZIL, VENEZUELA, THE PHILIPPINES, PUERTO RICO and THE USA.

  7. I agree with your prediction, Tito Norms, especially your first five. Colombia has the crown to lose. Pero ramdam ko talaga na si Cuba ang magwawagi considering her gift of gab. Magmu-mukbang ito ng mikropono.

Whoever will win, excited pa rin akong panoorin ang buong pageant process for the first time. Go, Miss Earth!

    That’s all.

  11. IM SURPRISED YOU OVERLOOKED NAMIBIA, IF YOU ARE REALLY FOLLOWING MISS EARTH YOU WILL NOT MISS HOW SHE PERFORMED VERY WELL IN THE VIRTUAL COMPETITION WHICH THE CHUNK OF THE SCORES WILL BE THERE.
HER COMMUNICATION SKILLS IS EVEN BETTER WITH CUBA/AUSTRALIA COMBINED.

COLOMBIA’S FANS ARE MAD AS SHE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE TOP 20 PREDICTION BY MISS EARTH AFFILIATED VLOGGERS !!! ACCORDING TO THEM, COLOMBIA’S PERFORMANCE IN THE VIRTUAL COMPETITION WAS JUST SO SO.
PRAYING THAT THIS YEAR RESULT WILL NOT BE THE SAME IN 2017.

FOR SURE, VIETNAM WILL BE THERE???? HELLO !!! THEY WILL BE HOSTING NEXT YEAR…

HOPING NO HALF FILIPINA WILL BE IN THE FINAL 4 !!!

    • Basta, sila mag-ho-host after Vietnam, game! ❤

So, basing on your preference & @PAQUITA X's (above), you want to reverse my Pick?… Colombia will be Ecoturismo?

Edge out either Australia or The Netherlands para maipasok si Namibia… The latter, na lang, kasi may backing ng (BEEP!) si Taylor Swift. 🙂

Hhummm… Hahanapan, natin, ng iba'ng BIG crown si Colombia, kung ganu'n. U, W, or I?

      • (Cont.)

In any case, I don’t expect exactly this Top 5 to materialize now. It’s more likely someone will sneak in, & displace… Whomever the organization staff doesn’t wish to work with for a full year. THAT will be the opening!

      • (… The opening through which a spoiler or complete underdog can spring a surprise.)

  12. So many talented women who participated this year. I wish all of them will going home with the crown and I know it won’t be happen. Let us see if my own pick (secret) will be able to answer the final question intelligently on the night of the competition. I hope they will judge the winner not because of her appearance but her ability to lead the advocacy of ME.

  13. Australia, The Netherlands, & Korea being relatively economically advanced, a win by one can serve as a spotlight on the lady’s country’s environment-friendly ‘best practices’.

But Colombia is overdue for a BIG crown. And having taken many medals in the Prelims, it would be a logical, not-at-all-hard-to-justify decision.

    It’s a great Final 5.

    Ecotourism > Korea
    Fuego > Netherlands
    Aqua > Cuba
(I don’t know the Spanish for ‘air’, I’ll substitute ‘sky’) Cielo > Australia
Tierra > Colombia (& because the country has some of the best bamboo plantations!)

      • Kadiri yang ecoturismo na title. Sa nakaisip na idagdag yan kung sakali man, eww.

      • It still in cohesion with MEO advocay.
According to The International Ecotourism Society (TIES), ECOTOURISM can be defined as “responsible travel to natural areas that conserve the environment, sustains the well-being of the local people, and involves interpretation and education”

  14. Colombia or Australia. I think Australia can be a good business case for ME. Colombia will attract more popularity in the Latin American region, maybe a way to tell Nawat to go fck himself hihihihi

  15. My winner is : anyone who has the intellect and the guts to rally the entire ME community to demand from UN members their faithful compliance to their respective Paris Accord commitments. ME has to make a difference in the life of this planet– NOW– before strong super typhoons continue to batter hapless countries, before island nations continue to submerge in rising sea levels, before rushing floodwaters continue to inundate lowlands, before desertification continue to encroach green pasturelands! The difference lies in a spokesperson who has the leadership and intelligence to drive ME’s advocacy to unprecedented heights, and more importantly, who has the ability, credibility and diplomatese to convince the organizers that this is the way to go for ME.

    • Let’s get real. ME’s differential advantage over all other global pageants is its relevant advocacy of an undisputed urgency for this endangered planet. It should show its distinctive competence in the choice of a spokesperson that “walks the talk” about climate change, engaging at the grassroots level up to the highest echelon of global governance. ME has the opportunity and the capacity to be the world’s leader and benchmark in an advocacy-driven pageantry. It all starts in the right choice of a spokesperson.

    • Scorg.
In that case, Australia should win.
This lady is just full of knowledge about this issue and she genuinely talks about it in all her interviews.

      • @JustPassingBy, I honestly have not followed up the interviews on the other candidates, except for one instance that I chanced upon an Australia video clip. I liked what I saw and heard. Based on some commenters’ feedback on this blog, I am positive about Cuba, Colombia and Netherlands, but am not so sure of their depth and breadth when it comes to environmental issues. And I hope my sentimental favorites, Nigeria and Zimbabwe, will have a last-minute spurt.

    • My Top 20 in random order:

      Colombia
      Nigeria
      Korea
      Australia
      Netherlands

      Cuba
      Palestine
      Zimbabwe
      India
      Belgium

      Venezuela
      Philippines
      Belarus
      Indonesia
      Albania

      Thailand
      Mexico
      Japan
      Canada
      Russia
