1.Introduction of UHT Milk Pasteurization Machine:
The UHT Sterilizer Machine full name is Ultra - high temperature instantaneous sterilization，it is a kind sterilization type for milk, juice, cream or other liuquid. The ultra heat treatment tempearture is 115-135℃，period is 3-6s . This machine is suitable for instantaneous sterilization of liquid food materials such as fresh milk, juice, beverage, ice-cream and ice cream slurry, soy sauce, soy milk, condensed milk, alcohol, etc., and can also be used for sterilization of fluid medicine, and the effect is very remarkable.
The UHT Sterilization machine consists of a main machine, a feed pump, etc. The main machine is equipped with a pressure gauge, a sterilization temperature gauge, a discharge temperature gauge and two shut-off valves. The temperature change during the sterilization process is indicated by these meters.
According to the heating method, there are two kinds of machines, steam heating type and Electric heating type.

- Continuous production, sterilization time is very short.
- Due to the shorter time for heating can obtain high quality products.
- With ultra high temperature sterilization, the sterilization efficiency is very high.
- With centrifugal pump series or high pressure homogenizer is used, the application range is very wide, suitable for high viscosity material sterilization.
- With cold and hot material is used on due to the design of heat exchange equipment of waste heat utilization economic effect, so the electric consumption is small.
- Have electric power and steam power, two kinds. If you have boiler or steam generator, the steam power is more suitable. If not, the electric power is more cost-effective.
