The pastries here taste just as good as they look. Very good textures in the croissants and cookie as well. And for the price, it can't be beat.

Delicious croissants and the service is quick. It was walkable distance from our hotel and we loved the pistachio chocolate croissants so much we came back again.

Stopped in on a Tuesday at around 9. We got this ham and cheese bread and it was still warm. It was so good - probably because of all the butter in there. Since the boulangerie was close by to our hotel, we came a few times. We tried their baguette (also very good). We were those tourists just chomping on a whole baguette while walking down the street. You definitely need to finish it on the first day though because it gets very chewy the next day. We also tried one of the premade sandwiches, which was meh. The quiche was not good. It was dry so I would stay away from that one. Overall, we liked this spot and most of the things we ordered. It was better than a lot of other boulangeries we tried, and the prices were good.

After spending hours inside the Louvre, you must be hungry and this is the perfect stop. Just following the underground exit of Louvre and you will easily find this shop.
This is a French Pastry Heaven with incredible price. There is a stand inside so you stay inside during winter or take out and eat it in the park like the French.
The Éclair is stuffed with cream that you will get it in every bite but not messy. Croissant Jambon was melted with cheese and délicieux!!! You really have to try this place out when you are in Paris. It will put a smile on you!!!!Helpful 2Thanks 1Love this 1Oh no 1 - Gladys C.Vancouver, Canada17152705Apr 9, 2023

While searching for another boulangerie nearby, we stumbled upon Julien and decided to get some pastries. Very glad we did! Got a few cakes and pastries - every single one we tried were great. The fruit tarts were our favorites cause that tart shell is exactly how a buttery shell should be.
Wish we were hungrier cause the croissants and the baguette sandwiches all looked amazing!
Lots of people were stopping by to grab a quick lunch since it was around noon but the line was fast. The staff helping us said that in the morning they are the busiest (as expected).Helpful 2Thanks 1Love this 3Oh no 0 - Evan D.Chapel Hill, NC1243001028Nov 4, 2022
We stayed just around the corner from this amazing bakery and stopped by almost every day -- tried an assortment of treats but our favorites were the pan aux raisins, the baguette filled with rosette sausage and cornichons, the Oreo eclair and the flan. Constantly busy so they run out of some stuff but very reasonably priced with a very friendly staff. Although I wouldn't go out of my way too far to pick something up Julian is certainly worth a stop if you're in the area

Love this pastry place. A must visit place every time we are in Paris. Service was fast and good. Price is reasonable for local.

Still as delicious as before. I am loyal to the taste of the pastries here. Friendly staff. Delicious baguettes, duchesse and millefeuille.

We had a sandwich baguette, and two pastries which were both out of this world. The duchess was just perfectly seasoned just the right amount of sugar and cream contrasted with the raspberries. My husband likes mille feuille, it was awesome. I'm not a big fan, but it was great. We ate it the way it was served with the pastry sheets vertically, how its served, which is a great way to eat it versus the horizontal where once you bite it, it spits out of the cream everywhere. This is served with the pastry vertically and then you can bite it without making a mess.

Very casual cafe. Wait staff were fairly attentive. Food was good but not great. Easy location. Not a ton of seating though.
