The Aggregate Nutrient Density Index (ANDI) scoring system was created by Joel Fuhrman MD. It ranks foods according to nutrient per calorie density. The higher the score, the more nutrients are provided in relation to the caloric content, so 434 is terrific and puts Koolheads in the top 15!
