Description

Malus hupehensis

A vigorous rounded to spreading tree with elliptic to ovate, dark green leaves. Fragrant, white flowers opening from pink buds in spring followed by small cherry-like red fruit. Deciduous.

Grow in moderately fertile, moist, but well-drained soil in full sun or partial shade. It will reach a height and spread of 12m.
