Hi i'm unable to use my hp c4200 series with my pc desktop win 10 home 64....where could i download the latests drivers...??

i tried here:

but realize it is not yet supported...

i'm so very upset cause i have to scan important docs...so i'm very anxious...

is there any one how could help me..??

just done...it replyes it is no able to find it...but i've insert correctly my usb...and tried various ports usb of my pc...i do not have wifi or bluetooth and i do not have a mobile....pls help me...thxs again cheers

Please try the below listed steps..

 

Scanning documents and photos:

Complete scan jobs with a Windows app that works with the built-in driver.

  • Windows Fax and Scan: In Windows, search for and open Fax e scanner di Windows. Click Rescan , then select your printer.
  • Windows Paint: In Windows, search for and open Paint. Click File > From Scanner or Camera .
  • Windows Scanner app: In Windows, search for and open the app Scanner Windows. If it is not listed, go to Windows Scanner (in English) to install it.

BUT  why i'm not able to use hp software as in the past...??

i found the PS AIO C4200 istaller that i used and that i've back up but now there is no way to install correctly on my pc..

see the pictures i'ver attached , thxs for yr helping but i'd like to be able to use yr hp sw again....cheers

no one has any idea...??

the printer works fine with fax scanner for windows and with paint so is very very astonishing is no able to work with hp software....also with the latest app hp smart...it is very very ridicolous

what a big shame....
