She stole our hearts as the fashion underdog who ultimately triumphed in The Devil Wears Prada. And right now, Anne Hathaway could give her fictional former boss, Miranda Priestly, a serious run for her money as the host of last night's CFDA Fashion Awards. The Oscars of the fashion world, it's the most 'fashion' of all the red carpet events outside the Met Gala, proving that the woman has completed what we're going to call her 'Ren_anne_issance'.

At last night's awards, Hathaway wore a true blue look that was created by Ralph Lauren. The American designer couldn't have been a more classic choice for the occasion, giving his signature fabric - denim - a modern twist that would certainly pass muster on TikTok. (The combination of the corset and the maxi skirt was totally Y2K.)

It's true that we haven't been this obsessed with the actor's style since the film that made 'cerulean' a life choice as opposed to a shade of blue (IYKYK). But just you fast forward to 2023, where the star has been forging a fashion-forward path at the Cannes Film Festival, the Met Gala, and on the streets of New York City.

In April, Hathaway officially entered her 'hot girl era' after becoming the newly-minted campaign star for Versace. The Italian label is famous for its va-va-voom approach to fashion and has since been responsible for some of the actor's most sizzling style moments to date.

Hathaway's other secret weapon is stylist Erin Walsh - whose client list includes the likes of Selena Gomez, Ashley Park and Ava DuVernay - who has helped the actor hit her style stride. From Schiaparelli suits to sequinned Armani Privé, both seen earlier this year at the Cannes Film Festival, Hathaway's style is quite something to behold - and we're here for it!
