I am offering an H-P Photosmart all-in-one printer/scanner/ copier. The print head carriage is damaged and cannot be repaired, making this useful only as a flat-bed scanner. I hope to find someone who might like to use it as a scanner, which works quite well, before I take the machine in to be recycled. The machine will come with a power block/cord. I may be able to come up with a USB cord that fits it

The machine will scan an image up to about 8 1/2" by 11 1/2", slightly larger than letter size. I find H-P's scanning software to be fairly easy and elegant for simple image editing - I like it very much. And using a freeware program called Free OCR, I have used such machines often for scanning documents and turning them into editable word processing files.
