Just a few things blooming now–

This orchid is called Miltassia Dark Star ‘Darth Vader’–It is a hybrid of a Miltonia orchid and a Brassia orchid–I love the color and the spots–And of course, the name–This is the only bloom I got this time–The other buds didn’t make it on this division of a larger plant–

This is Stapelia grandiflora–You can really see how hairy the flower is from this angle–

I decided to put a few carnivorous plants together in this planter to see how they get along–Next year it should fill in quite nicely and be both beautiful and a complete death trap for insects–
